He is survived by: his parent Theresa Cimmerolli Burkhart; his wife Mary Payne Burkhart; his children, Theresa Utz (Edwin) of Michigan and Samuel Burkhart (Carol) of Woodsfield; his siblings, Lloyd Burkhart (Nancy) and Shirley Vrsan (Jim) of Zoar; his grandchildren, Tessa, Hannah, Mary, Brandon and Katlyn; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Johnathon; and also Jerry Burkhart (Barbara).
