Seibert of Strasburg, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Diehl Seibert; his daughters, Michelle Smitley of New Philadelphia and Tonya Barkheimer of Strasburg; his siblings, Jerry Seibert (Denise) of Strasburg, Scott Seibert of Coshocton and Tami Warnock (Vern) of Canada; his grandchildren, Josh, Ashley Smitley, Brock and Lance Barkheimer; and his close friends, Ron Runyon of Strasburg and Brandon Dailey of Strasburg.
