He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phillips and Vivian Phillips (Kincaid); and his brothers, Donald Jr. and Steve Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Hope Phillips (Reinwald); his children, Stanley Kliem, Scott Kleim, Ryan Phillips (Crystal) and Amy Phillips (Pat Murphy); his siblings, Lynn Phillips (Cyndi), Sherry Morrison (Charles) and Linnette Clapper (Brian); and his sister-in-law Anita Phillips. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
