He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Crouse and Sarah Caldwell Crouse; his son Ricky Crouse; his great grandchild Roman; and his former wife Beverly Crouse.
He is survived by: his children, Melody Blakely (Tim) of Strasburg, Sheri Crouse (Janet) of Maine, Lisa Polen (Robert) of Strasburg and Randy Crouse (Beth) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, Nathan Crouse (Jen), Ashley Failla (Joe), Adrianne Dague, Andrew Polen, Shawn Crouse and Mikaylee Crouse; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey, London Failla, Ashlynn Crouse and Austin Stevenson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
