She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Miller and Arlene Haas Miller; and her nieces, Tammy Malson and Rebecca Andreas. She is survived by: her husband Jim Rowe; her children, Brian Rowe (Megan) of Charleston, Karen Loveday (Dale) of Strasburg and Elizabeth Garver (Rob) of Jeromesville; her siblings, Jane Andreas of Strasburg, Harlan Miller (Helen) of Strasburg, Larry Miller (Sue) of Strasburg, Edith Sisson of Bolivar and Jim Miller (Carol) of Scio; her grandson Cole Loveday; and her sister Linda Bullock (Page) of Green. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
