He was predeceased by: his mother Sue McQueen; his grandparents, Pete and Louise Mowrer; and his uncle Bud Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Christine Carmichael (Schott); his father Sonny Carmichael (Christine Schott Carmichael); his sister Renee Gwinn (Gary) of Wooster; his children, Cory Carmichael of Troy, Jessica Bolinger (Zach) of Sterling, Shelby Prater (Craig) of Navarre, Anne Garber (Austin) of Vermilion and Amanda Clark (Rick) of Strasburg; his grandchildren, William Carmichael, Brynlee, Kyler, Hayes Bolinger and Cameron Prater; his sibling Praters; and his niece Lauren Gwinn.
