He is survived by: his children, Vanessa McConnell (Steve) of Carrollton, Jayna Miller of Strasburg and Eric Watkins (Danielle) of Strasburg; his siblings, Etta Mae Green, Patty Skinner, Sandy Conerly, Diane McNutt, Tommy, Richard, Jimmy and David Watkins; and his grandchildren, Christian, Alyssa, Tressel Miller, Rayelle and Cole Watkins.
