She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel K. Ash and Maude Myers Ash; her husband Ralph W. Lantz; and her siblings, Paul, Gail Ash, Orvia Ash, Pearl Henthorn and Mayme Visnic.
She is survived by: her children, Vaughn M. Lucas (Steve) of Evans City, PA, Pastor Randy W. Lantz (Luanna) of Blountsville, TN and James Lantz (Carla) of Strasburg, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
