She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Lewis and Verna M. Lewis (Hartline); her siblings, Denny, Barb Lewis, Anna Jean Goodman and Robert Lewis; and her sister-in-law Patricia Lewis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Howard Lewis of Strasburg and Mary Thurn (Tom) of Sagamore Hills; and her brother-in-law Dwight Goodman of North Canton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
