He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Courtwright and Marjorie Courtwright (Mobley); his sister Phyllis Patterson (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Neil Ansberry and Diana Potts.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Ansberry); his children, Heather Presnal (Brad) of Columbia, S. C. and Kyle Courtwright (Amy) of Strasburg; his grandsons, Zane, Garen and Renner Presnal; his siblings-in-law, Greg Ansberry (Teresa) of Cambridge, Debbie Ansberry and Connie Ansberry; and also Terry Courtwright (Marilyn) of Charlestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
