He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Littlefield Bolitho; his sons, Derrick Bolitho (Connie) of Beach City and Mark Bolitho (Brenda) of Wilmot; his siblings, Connie Arnold (Larry) of Hinkley, Victoria Orem (Lane) of Minerva and Randal Bolitho of Carrollton; his grandson Ryan Bolitho; and his great grandchildren, Kane and Kori.
