He is survived by: his nephew Rob Hunter; his wife Patricia "Pat" Smith Riggle; his children, Diana Flickinger (Ron) of Strasburg and Frank Riggle Jr. (Hali) of Texas; his sister Donna Faye Tharp of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Kylie, Ty Flickinger, Irelie Schonewolf (Kelsey), Elizabeth, Ariah, Trey, Jacob and Madi Riggle; his siblings-in-law, John Smith (Sam) of Glenmont, Dennis Smith of Wooster, Alyce Garnes (David) of Nashville and Karen Stough of Wooster; and his friend Bob Morrison of Millersburg.
