Elsie Belle Chambers Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2023, at the age of 87, Elsie Belle Chambers of Strasburg, Ohio, born in Dennison, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Martin Trushell and Anna Rosalie Grace Trushell; her husband Leroy W. Chambers; and her sisters, Mildred Kraus, Marie Case, Sara Case, Mary Ann Riggs and Thelma DeWire.

She is survived by: her sons, Leroy Chambers (Sharon) of Dennison, Donald Chambers (Lorraine) of Spokane, William Chambers (Vicki) of Columbus, Larry Chambers of Las Vegas, Brian Chambers (Elena) of Cedar Rapids and Richard Chambers of New Philadelphia; and her siblings, Sylvia Albright of Conotton, Freeda Shultz (Kenneth) of Canton, Daniel Trushell (Hazel) of New Philadelphia and Paul Trushell (Martha) of Scio. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens, 1926 Saltwell Road, Dover Ohio 44622, Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice Truman House, New Philadelphia in her memory as thanks for the awesome care they provided for Elsie and her family.
