With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dave D. Dayton (Strasburg, Ohio), born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on July 1, 2019 at the age of 73. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dave D. Dayton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Dayton and Gladys Dayton (Heid); and his siblings, Thomas "Ted", Richard Dayton and Joan Breniser.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Dayton (Roush); his son Eric Dayton (Karla) of Bolivar; and his grandsons, Zach and Brock Dayton.
Dave's family appreciates the help given to Dave over the last few years by the Strasburg Volunteer Fire Department and has asked in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Strasburg Fire Department, 125 2nd St. N.E., Strasburg, Ohio 44680.
