It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie L. Myers (Strasburg, Ohio), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Brinkley and Mary Brinkley (Mizia); and her sister Shirley Scott. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Myers (Tracey) of Massillon and Mary Border (Matthew) of Stonecreek; her siblings, Janet Houston of Uhrichsville and Ron Brinkley (Patti) of Strasburg; her grandchildren, Courtney Welsch (Allen), Joshua Myers (Tara), Colin Border (Makayla), Aaron Border (Trinity), Kaitlyn Border (Joshua), Krista Nutter (Matt) and Jeremy Murch (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Gabby, Raven, Aiden, Evangelina and Jesse.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home- Strasburg (140 S Bodmer Ave, Strasburg, OH 44680). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
