He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Mann and Effie Keffer Mann Sr.; his sister Marjorie Tarulli; and his brothers-in-law, Dean Tarulli and Earl Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Williams Mann; his sons, Jim Mann (Tracy) of Dover, Phillip Mann (Margaret) of New Philadelphia and Don Mann (Molly) of Canton; his sister Annabelle Williams of Ironton; and his grandchildren, Chris, Eric, Issac, Tasha Mann, Jeremy Westfall, Tony Hershberger and Angela Jones. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
