He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Gail; his daughters, Christine Polisena (Carl), Laura Capen and Karen Gail; and his grandchildren, Victoria Leopold (Randy), Juliet Polisena (Riley Dwyer), Amanda and Lindsay Capen.
