She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Frye (Jeff) and Traci Crooks (Eric Horner); her brother Bob Slavens (Gayle); her grandchildren, Garrett (Ali), Gregory (Ashley), Graeme Frye (Allie), Danielle DeVirgilio (Joe), Justin Crooks (Carlie) and Jacob Klock Horner (Chelsea); and her niece Lynn Bell. She is also survived by eight beautiful great-grandchildren.
