It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Jean Amadio of Stow, Ohio, who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Jean Amadio to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas (Tom); and her sisters, Marjorie and Suzanne. She is survived by: her children, Mary Laskowski (Tom) and John Amadio (Janet); her grandchildren, Meggan Peak (Daniel), Rebecca Flack (Craig), Emily Schroeder (Adam), Ruth Amadio and Rachel Amadio; and her great grandchildren, Elsie, Lincoln, James, David, Ryan and Felicity. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Akron Christian Reformed Church (50 Marshall Ave, Akron, OH 44303). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the Akron Christian Reformed Church food pantry ministry (note "Landing" on the memo line) at 50 Marshall Ave., Akron, OH, 44303.
