He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Felkl and Anna Felkl; his wife Elisabeth; his son Martin M Felkl (Drusilla); and his siblings, Michael, Joseph, Frank, John (Hansi), Anna and Thekla.

He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Bass (John) of Munroe Falls and Ingrid Woodling (Michael) of Munroe Falls; and his grandchildren, Shannon Felkl (Chris Pilz), Lauren Bass (Logan Rogers), Kayla Felkl (Ben Boggs), Michael Bass and Gretchen Woodling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
