With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lou-Ann (Achberger) Redmon of Stow, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden "Al" Achberger and Helen Achberger; her husband Bruce; and her sister Jerilyn Yama. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Pam Redmon) and Keith (Catherine Redmon); her granddaughter Alyssa Slagle (Todd); her great grandchild Connor of Atlanta, GA; her grandson Craig Redmon (Katie); her great grandchildren, Allison and Harper of Hoschton, GA; her grandchildren, Jacob Redmon of Stow and Sydney Roush (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Jackson and Raegan of Fairborn, OH; and her sisters, Marla DeBellis (Vic) of Akron and Maloa Achberger of Cuyahoga Falls.

“Dear Redmond Family, Lou Ann and the group got me through a dark part of my life when my husband died in 1998. At that time the grief group was in a house next to the funeral home. She made me realize that I wasn't the only one to be going through this loss. I was allowed the cry there when I couldn't do it at home. She was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed by numerous persons.”
