She is survived by: her parents, Louis Hanna and Vincentia Denise Stewart (Ralph); her siblings, Aelyssa, Ashlynn Wilson and Anthony Wilson; her nephew Adrian Wilson; her great-grandparent Gloria Morris; her grandparents, Vincent Stewart and Frances Alexander (Nathaniel); and her aunts and uncles, Sarah Morris, Zelma Hopkins, Georgette McGinnis, Chanda McGinnis, Shanty Ward, Tonya Curtis, Denise Stewart, Avery Hanna, Daryl Hanna, Mark Stewart, George Stewart and Demetris Curtiss.

Honoring Leeann's generous wish, the gift of life was shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation.
