He is survived by: his wife Terry L. Adaska; his son Michael Adaska; his sisters, Wendy and Julie Adaska (Tallie); his nephew Barry; his nieces, Emily (Dustin) and Athena; his aunt Joyce Norr (Hochheiser); his cousins, Jeremy and Deborah; his pet Gabbie; and also, Jaden and Irwin Palchick.
A special heartfelt thank you to Dr. Andrew Haas, (Larry's trust in you was unwavering), his staff, and the "angel" nurses and volunteers in the infusion center at Barberton Summa Hospital for their extraordinary contribution to assist Larry every step of the way during his journey.
