She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Brisbin and Dessie Brisbin (Scott); her husband Howard Edwards; and her brothers, Bob, Jim, Ozzie, Willie and Dave Brisbin.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Kunsman (Ashley); her stepsons, Chuck Edwards (Karla) and Greg Edwards; her grandsons, Matthew and Spencer Edwards; and her sister Judi Lint (Ed). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Summit County or Good Neighbors in Cuyahoga Falls to continue her lifelong spirit of generosity and care for others and animals.
