Peggy Talbott Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Talbott of Stoutsville, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 25, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vermie Banks and Mary Lou Banks (Privett); her husband Arshall Talbott; her children, Cheryl Frazier and Phillip Talbott; her grandchildren, Stanley Holley and Tonya Frazier; and her sons-in-law, Stan Holley and Don Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Holley and Terri Mullins; her grandchildren, Brad Holley (Lida), Shawn Holley, Jason Talbott, Shannon Gilbert (Jim), Whitney Enright (Nick), Lee Frazier (Kim), Ryan (Courtney), Michael and Amber Mullins; and her sisters-in-law, Libby Moore, Ginger Wright (Larry) and Debbie Talbott. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 14 great, great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
