He was predeceased by: his stepmother Michele Skinner; and his grandparents, Ward Skinner, Don, Theresa Lintner, Dixie and Rosemary Watters.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Skinner and Aunda Skinner (Lintner); his stepfather Aunda Watters (Scott); his wife Jennifer Skinner (Kerns); his children, Ellyza and Maxwell Skinner; his grandmother Mary Jane Skinner; his parents-in-law, Robert Kerns and Connie Farley; his siblings, Casey Skinner (Angie) and Jared Skinner (Jessica); his nephew Owen; his niece Nora; his sister Sarah Kowalski (Josh); his nephews, Noah and Isaac; his brother Michael Watters; his brothers-in-law, Aaron Kerns and Troy Farley (Sami); and his nieces and nephews, Abigal and Connor.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wellman Funeral Home (1455 N Court St, Circleville, OH 43113). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Hitler Ludwig Cemetery (1819 Hitler Rd 1, Circleville, OH 43113).
