He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Berkey and Anna Berkey (Motter); his wife Kathryn Berkey (Moles); and his brother James Berkey. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Berkey, Brian Berkey (Sharon) and Edna Mae Berkey; his grandchildren, Jon Miller (Amanda), Elisha Hawes (Ben), Andrea Taylor (Chase) and Zackary Berkey; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Olivia and Evelyn; and his brother Bill Berkey.
