He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Devaney of Stoutsville and Jeanette Zibolsky (David) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Brandyn Jarvis, Rebecca Sheets (Robbie), Jeff Jr. and Harley Devaney; his great grandchildren, Waylon Jarvis and Damon Sheets; his siblings, Lucy Cordle (Bud) of Stoutsville and Bill Wampler (Cindy) of Stoutsville; and his aunt Naomi Wampler of Royalton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
