He is survived by: his siblings, John Smallwood (Terry Heeter) of Stoutsville and Janet Smallwood of Stoutsville; his nieces and nephews, Douglas, Ruth (Matt), Erika (Steven), Chelsey (Charles), Hannah, Matt, Minnie (Ronald), Alexandra and Nicholas; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zaley, Nevaeh, Miley, Josh, Tinsley, Noah and Stella.
