He was predeceased by: his father Harry L. Willett; his wife Joann Perkins; and his brothers, Harry L. and Samuel. He is survived by: his daughters, LaDonna Haydocy of Stoutsville and Louwanna Schwindt (Kyle) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Victoria Westbrook (Blake), Michael Fox and Jacob Haydocy; his great grandchild Madison Haydocy; and his brother Luther R. "Dick" Willett of Chillicothe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
