He is survived by: his wife Vicki Shaw Hazelbaker; his children, Jason Hazelbaker (Julie) and Jill Kelly (Mark); his sisters, Debbie Fenner (Jack) and Linda Slone (Dewey); his grandchildren, Ella Hazelbaker, Clara Hazelbaker, Libby Kelly and Warren Kelly; his cousins, Glenna Graham Arnett and Tim Graham; his niece Jennifer Reynolds; and his nephews, Derek Fenner, Matt Fenner and Jeff Slone.
A reception was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Sierra's Haven in honor of Steve's love for animals and nature; or to SOMC Hospice Caritas Fund in appreciation for the care and kindness of the employees.
