He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Horsley and Lora Blevins Horsley; his wife Rebecca Spires Horsley; and his brothers, Raymond, Cecil Jr. and Thurman Horsley.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Douglas Horsley (Sheila) and Roger Dale Horsley; his siblings, Lois Ann Hackworth (John), David H. Horsley (Anita), Herman Horsley (Amy) and Allen Dale Horsley (Julie); his nephew Richard Horsley; and his caregiver Joyce Ann Mains. He is also survived by 1 granddaughter, 1 grandson, 2 great granddaughters, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jamison Cemetery.
