She was predeceased by: her husband William Nelson; her sons, William Nelson Jr. and Timothy Lee Nelson; and her siblings, Charlotte Parker, Loretta Evans, Catherine Goins and Oscar Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Ray Nelson and Pamela Marie Grandin of West Portsmouth; her brother David Blevins of Stout; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Crystal, Brittany, Chris, Barry, Amy, Tobias, Elaine and Gabby. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
