She was predeceased by: her husband James Blevins, Jr.; her son James Dale Blevins; and her sisters, Faye Webb Puckett and Anna Mae Blevins. She is survived by: her children, Charles Blevins, Paul Blevins, Gail Cooper of Manchester, Norma Bertram of Manchester, Melissa Fletcher of Manchester, Retha Polley of Manchester and Sheryl Markwell of Stout; and her sister Marcella Blevins of Friendship. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 5 gt. great grandchildren.
