It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Harper of Stout, Ohio, born in Adams County, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Willie Pollard; her husband Robert "Bob" Harper; and her brother Leon Pollard. She is survived by: her children, Carol Pickworth of Sunbury, OH, Wayne Harper (Judy) and Keith Harper of West Union. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great & great great grandchildren.
