She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herbert and Joy; her husband Woodrow Blevins; and her brothers, Rickey and Robbie Holsinger.

She is survived by: her son Jack Blevins (Kim); her stepsons, Greg Denning and Ronald Denning (Sharon); her siblings, Jerry, Carl, Roger, Kenny Holsinger, Vickie Rogers, Lena Holsinger, Tammy Brown and Linda Copas; her grandchildren, Jack Blevins Jr. (Sara), Judy Gammon (Joe), Jill Manford (William) and Tommy (Teton); and her close friend Crystal Haynes.
