He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ann (Smith) and Edward Leo Fisher; and his siblings, Jackie Edward Fisher, Ronald Fisher and Cleo Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Reedy Fisher; his children, Don Fisher (Denise) of Orient, Dennis Fisher (Veronica) of Stout, Debbie Geno (Jeff) of Chillicothe and Dena Slusher (Chris) of Beaver; his brother Joe Fisher (Linda) of West Union; his grandchildren, Lindsay Willoughby, Sayra Langhals, Megan Fisher, Sage Ikeda, Tate Ikeda, Luke Fisher, Keith Miles Fisher, Dakota Fisher, Vanessa Flanery, Michal Chinn, Morgan Geno-York, Jake Geno, Whitney Carroll, Taylor Stacy, Chandler Stacy, Tori Slusher, Taylor Slusher and Mackenzie Slusher; his great grandchildren, Johnny, Jayden, Caiden, Aiken, David Jr., Noah and Lennox; and his pet Millie.
