It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Norris of Stout, Ohio, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Edna Brinker Norris; his daughters, Julie Ann and Sherry Dawn Norris; his siblings, Donald, Wesley, Roy Norris, Thelma Fisher and Joyce Stanley; and his grandson Joseph Talbert.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Isabel Newberry Norris; his children, Gerald Norris (Sherri) of Portsmouth, Paula Talbert of Portsmouth, Jeannette Norris of Stout and Christine Norris of Friendship; his siblings, Karl Norris (Loretta) of Sanford, FL and Julia Ford (David) of New Boston; and his grandchildren, Jeri, Saige, Charlie, Bree Lemaster, Audriana, Bayleigh Lindamood, Sarah Mrak (Joseph), John Talbert, Jr., Joshua Talbert, Rachel Murray (Anthony), James and Rebekah Talbert. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
