It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche E. Mann of Stout, Ohio, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinent Perkins and Hulda Perkins (Gibson); her husband Lindy "Lee" Mann; her children, Thomas Potts and Amanda Murphy; and her siblings, Vincent, Bob, Roger, Larry Perkins, Lillie Mae Ware and Helen Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly (JD); her friends, Stout and Annette Clemons of Sabina; and her son Allen Mann of New Vienna. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty two great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; sister.
