He is survived by: his wife Janet Ruth Lewis Shiveley; his son Ronald Shiveley (Shari) of Maysville, KY; his siblings, Brott Shiveley of Dayton, Robert Shiveley of Stout and Lucy Butte of Michigan; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sauer (Andrew), Heather Workman (Brandon) and Holli Allison (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Caleb Sauer, Emmalyn Sauer, Hayden, Reagan, Anniston Workman, Drake Allison and Hayley Allison; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Bivens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
