She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Cline and Gladys America Evans Moore; her husband William Robert Hayslip; her children, William, Wayne, Freddie, Ronald Hayslip and Barbara Taylor; and her brothers, Roby, Edward and Otis Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hayslip and Wilma Humble; her sister Sara Caplinger; and her granddaughter Rhonda Anderson. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
