He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Scott and Clara Day Scott; his siblings, Luther "Bud" Scott, Elaine Gintz and Doris "Babe" Harkless; and his pet Skippy.
He is survived by: his children, James "Jim" Scott (Amy) of Pittsburgh, PA, Virginia Moser (Bo) of Stone Creek, OH and Thomas "T. J." Scott (Lori) of Mooresville, NC.; his grandchildren, Cameron Scott (Chelsey) of Gnadenhutten, OH and Hannah Reedy; his great grandchildren, Karlee and Krew Scott; his grandson Braedon; and his siblings, Ruth Moyer (Gene), Richard "Butch" Scott (Betty) and Lona Keith (Bob). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
