She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Slaven (Shawn) of Leetonia; her grandchildren, Niki Rettig (Joshua) of Pittsburgh, PA and Matthew Slaven of New Middletown; and her siblings, Linda Hilliard (Mike) and Ben Milhoan (Becky) of Salem.
