He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winton Leonard and Ruth Thalia Leonard (Rhodes); his daughters, Tammy Tinlin (Bo), Heather Maloon (James) and Shauna Shutt (Mark); his grandchildren, Jeff Reed, Jesse (Dani), Jett, Jayna, Jaret, Jack Tinlin, Hailey Maloon, Reed Miller (Silas), Hannah and Winton Hostetler; and his former wife Cathie Leonard. He was also cherished by six great-grandchildren; three sisters.
