She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Hoffman and Lena Miller Hoffman; her husband Wayne E. Mizer; and her siblings, Olin Hoffman, William "Billy" Hoffman and Mildred Carper.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Wayne Mizer (Kay) of Paxtonville and Melanie Jane Grella (Jim) of Canton; her grandchildren, Jonathan Mizer (Melissa) of Stone Creek, Jared Mizer (Jessica) of Mt. Pleasant Mills, Jesse Mizer (Andrea) of Middleburg, Elizabeth Updegraff (Todd) of Port Trevorton, Nathan Grella (Amanda) of Ft. Worth, Betsy Grella of Canton and Jenny Newhouse (Kaipo) of Hauula, Hawaii; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Chloe, Matthew, Elliot, Olivia, Isabelle, Adelaide, Moriah, Blake and Mckenna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arlene had a lifelong love of flowers; however, she would prefer memorial contributions be directed to Joni and Friends – Wheels for the World, 3009 Ladyface Ct.
