He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dobbins and Similda Hesson Dobbins; his former wife Mary; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Pauline Johnson; his siblings, George Hesson (Helen), Harry Dobbins (Bea), Marvel Houser (John) and Mae Peters (Jack); his daughter-in-law Kathy Dobbins; his brother-in-law John Johnson; and his grandson Patrick Winebrenner.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lewis; his children, Stanley Earl "Butch" Dobbins of Beverly, Jeryl Manning (Gary) of McConnelsville and Shelia Winebrenner of Waterford; his stepsons, Terry Lewis (Pat) of Plantsville and Randy Lewis of Amesville; his grandchildren, Keith Dobbins, Katie Dobbins, Kari Leonhart, Angie Nolan, Roger Winebrenner and Ryan Winebrenner; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Johnson of Newark. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
