She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Scott and Junie Gheen Scott; her husband Patrick Creighton; her daughter Pamala Creighton; her siblings, Beatrice Hook, Linda Scott, Dwight and Kenneth Scott; and her great great grandchild Hope Garnack.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Scott Creighton of Stockport and LaNita Garnack (Steve) of Newark; and her siblings, Ted Scott of Zanesville, Pauline Moye of Kountze and Connie Wise of Zanesville. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
