It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra A. Bywater of Stockport, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ocie Cummings McCumbers; her husband Daniel Bywater; and her great grandchild Easton. She is survived by: her father Harrison McCumbers (Wanda McCumbers); her children, Casey Hickey (Tom), Tony Cottrill (Melissa), Carla Wilson (Steve), Amanda Radabaugh (Slim), E. J. Waggy (Ann), Jason Waggy, Kayla Waggy and Jesse Waggy (Kayla); and her siblings, Jeanetta, Bobbi, Louie, Cally, Becky, Kenny, Mike and Vernon. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
