It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Gillespie of Stockport, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gillard and Zona Hartleben Gillard; her husband Marion Davis Gillespie "Sonny"; and her siblings, Larry Gillard, Wendy Waite, Georgia Pitz, Mary Davis and Rita Baker.
She is survived by: her sons, John Gillespie of Stockport, James Gillespie of Stockport, Joshua Gillespie of Stockport, Jeremiah Gillespie of McConnelsville and Joseph Gillespie of Amesville; and her siblings, John Gillard of Marietta and Clara Gillard of Stockport. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
