He is survived by: his spouse Jaunita Bosner Pugh; his children, Joshua Pugh of Beverly, Jericho Pugh of Beverly and Janelle Pugh of Beverly; his sisters, Pam Smith (Jay) of Beverly and Jackie Hendershot (John) of Waterford; and his former wife Jill Pugh (Dan Pennock) of Beverly.
